Not only impressive for its untouched beauty, Ganh Da Dia is also one of the rare natural wonders in the world, featuring basalt columns shaped like hexagonal prisms stacked neatly together, resembling giant piles of plates. This creates a landscape that is both majestic and mysterious.

Located in An Ninh Dong commune, Tuy An district, Phu Yen, Ganh Da Dia was formed ملايين years ago through volcanic eruptions. When molten lava met the cold seawater, it rapidly cooled and contracted, forming evenly shaped rock columns with remarkable symmetry. From a distance, the entire area looks like a massive honeycomb stretching out toward the sea, offering a breathtaking and unusual sight.

Beyond its geological significance, the site also boasts a harmonious combination of rocks, sea, and sky. Waves continuously crash against the stone formations, creating a soothing natural rhythm, while the clear blue water and vast sky enhance the sense of openness and tranquility.

Journey to Ganh Da Dia

Unique value and attraction

Ganh Da Dia is not only famous in Vietnam but is also considered one of the world’s rare geological formations, comparable to the Giant’s Causeway in Ireland. What makes it even more special is that it remains largely untouched by mass tourism, preserving its raw and authentic beauty.
